Contract Administration

EPS, Inc. offers TRACS voucher and certification validation services to contract administrators. Have your projects submit their data and any supporting documentation to EPS, Inc. and we will reconcile differences, insure that HUD rules are being followed, and recommend voucher payment. EPS, Inc. has contracts with several states to provide these services out of our South Burlington, Vermont office.
